Leads financial and corporate communications advice for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications clients, including capital markets activity, financial results, M&A, activism, and crisis situations. Advises senior executives and boards, manages client teams, develops industry relationships, drives business development, mentors colleagues, and contributes thought leadership on TMT issues.

Manage Brunswick’s global transfer pricing framework, including policies, Master and Local Files, compliance, intercompany arrangements, calculations, invoicing, forecasting, audits, and tax authority responses. The role advises on international tax changes, coordinates with finance teams and external advisers, monitors OECD and local requirements, improves processes and controls, and supports wider international tax projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage client relationships and smaller engagements within Brunswick’s Investor Brand practice. Coordinate strategists, designers, writers, producers and other specialists; translate client needs into briefs, actions and decisions; manage schedules, budgets, scopes, risks and approvals; and support senior colleagues on larger programmes. Contribute to proposals, pitches, account plans, pipeline updates and new business activity, while identifying client opportunities and supporting corporate brand, identity, creative, communications and related projects.
