The Revenue Operations Lead will optimize sales processes, enhance decision-making through data insights, and manage CRM evolution across CFC's operations.
The Revenue Operations & Distribution function enables sustainable growth across CFC by delivering high-quality broker data, market intelligence and commercial insight that shape how we partner with brokers globally.
Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Distribution and Underwriting leadership, providing the analysis and intelligence that informs territory planning, broker strategy and investment decisions. As a key owner of broker performance insights and market intelligence, you'll help drive senior-level discussions on growth opportunities, distribution effectiveness and strategic priorities across our global business.

About the role
- Deliver high‑impact MI and analytics that influence senior decision‑making on broker performance, market trends, growth opportunities and risk.
- Lead the development of the CRM platform, with vision for future improvements, working with stakeholders across tech, AI, data, distribution and underwriting.
- Define and own CRM success metrics, including a dashboard that connects leading indicators to financial outcomes and ROI.
- Develop and own North American and UK market intelligence, including performance trends, concentration risk, opportunity sizing and competitive insight.
- Own broker data quality, structure and insight, setting standards for accuracy, consistency and relevance across reporting and analysis.
- Build and evolve analytical and commercial frameworks that support forward‑looking, data‑driven decisions rather than retrospective reporting.
- Partner closely with Distribution, Underwriting, Finance and Strategy leaders to shape broker strategy, tiering and territory planning, challenging assumptions where required.
- Lead senior‑level analytical deep dives, business cases and broker‑specific reviews, applying judgement to ambiguous or incomplete data sets.
About you
You're a commercially minded and analytically driven professional with a strong understanding of the insurance distribution landscape and a passion for turning complex data into meaningful insights. Comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level, you can translate numbers into compelling stories that influence decision-making and drive business performance.
You'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of the UK or US broker market
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
- Experience producing management information, dashboards and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of broker operating models, distribution strategies, market dynamics and performance drivers
- The confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across distribution, underwriting and finance teams.
- Strong communication and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
