As a Revenue Operations Compensation Analyst, your main responsibility is to manage designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organisation. You will work closely with HR business partners, Sales and Rev Ops management and Finance, to analyse the impact of a wide range of compensation options. The compensation analyst will research current market practices, measure the effectiveness of existing plans, and evaluate current and future opportunities.

In this Compensation Analyst role, your responsibilities include analyzing our existing packages and strategies and making relevant updates to ensure they comply with current regulations and legislation. Ultimately, you will build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.

  • Design compensation packages and bonus/commission programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Responsible for compliance and governance of plan operations.
  • Conducting proactive competitive analysis and recommending updates as necessary in line with market trends and findings.
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organisation
  • Assessing and updating current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies.
  • Resolving compensation-related issues.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience, expert technical knowledge of experience working with compensation and commission function in a SaaS company
  • Experience in a Compensation or Payroll Analyst /Administrator role
  • Experience within a Compensation/Reward function
  • Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills
  • A good appreciation of the behavioral effects of remuneration design
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with salesforce.com and Xactly commission tool 
  • Experience with CPQ tools and their implementation is a plus.
