As a Revenue Operations Analyst, act as a strategic partner to the RevOps Manager, analysing revenue data, to uncover performance drivers and inefficiencies and provide insights that empower cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth. This role bridges Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline processes, enhance data quality and enable smarter, faster decisions that fuel sustainable business expansion.
Your mission is to
- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis for acquisitions, improve existing order to cash processes through insight analysis, and maintain revenue models to ensure consistent data reporting.
- Monitor gaps in sales operations processes, proactively suggesting data-backed improvements to ensure operational excellence.
- Regularly exchange information with the Business Intelligence team to harmonise data models and ensure strict consistency between CRM tools and BI platforms.
- Work closely with Commercial and stakeholders of Rev Ops teams (Sales, AR, LRC and Deal Desk) and their leadership, acting as the internal "Process and Data Guide."
- Gather, challenge, and formalise process and tool requirements to build tailored solutions and monitor their long-term adoption.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific team needs and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Build and audit reports/dashboards to monitor deal flow, proactively surfacing discrepancies and driving corrections to increase deal velocity.
- Adopt a hands-on approach to data investigation, proactively identifying the root causes of system gaps to ensure seamless alignment between Deal Desk processes and Business Intelligence revenue reporting.
This could be a match if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field
- Circa 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience with financial modeling, ARR/MRR calculations, and revenue recognition principles
- Strong understanding of deal flow and order to cash
- Experience in SaaS / subscription business models is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SQL and/or other data analysis tools
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced functions)
