We are seeking a Revenue Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets to join our team. This is a remote opportunity based in Spain or Italy.
Job Summary
The Revenue Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue across Spain, Italy and other emerging markets by developing and executing data-driven, AI-enabled marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, expansion and sales velocity.
This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Success and Channel teams to align marketing investment with regional business priorities and deliver predictable revenue outcomes. The role will develop programmes that reflect the needs, buyer behaviours, languages and market maturity of each country, while ensuring alignment with Imprivata’s wider international marketing strategy.
Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, a passion for using AI and marketing technology, and the ability to translate customer and market insights into high-performing, integrated campaigns. The Revenue Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets will continuously evaluate performance, optimise programmes through experimentation and data, and ensure marketing investment generates measurable business impact across the buyer journey.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own Marketing’s contribution to pipeline generation across Spain, Italy and other emerging markets by developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive qualified demand, accelerate opportunities and influence revenue.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align regional marketing strategies with pipeline objectives, target accounts, sales priorities and growth initiatives.
- Develop locally relevant campaigns that reflect regional market dynamics, customer needs, cultural differences and language requirements.
- Use customer, intent, engagement, CRM and third-party data to identify opportunities, improve targeting and optimise marketing performance.
- Use AI-powered marketing technologies responsibly to enhance audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, personalisation, content development, predictive insights and workflow automation.
- Analyse campaign, funnel and pipeline performance to identify trends, optimise conversion rates and improve marketing efficiency and return on investment.
- Develop recommendations and business cases for marketing investment using performance analytics, attribution data and expected revenue impact.
- Build, execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes across digital, field, partner, email, webinars, paid media, content syndication and events.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to manage campaign execution, reporting, attribution and data quality in Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing technology platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns that support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute partner and co-marketing initiatives that extend market reach and contribute measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Manage regional marketing investment and budgets, optimising spend based on business impact, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
- Establish a continuous test-and-learn approach, using experimentation, AI and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities, marketing technologies and revenue marketing best practice to improve scalability, efficiency and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Integrated Marketing or a similar B2B marketing role, with demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue.
- Proven experience developing and optimising integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes that deliver measurable business results across Spain and/or Italy and other international markets, with an understanding of regional differences, local buyer behaviour and varying levels of market maturity.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian, together with fluency in English, is required. Proficiency in additional European languages would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using performance metrics, marketing insights and AI-enabled technologies to optimise campaign execution, personalisation, operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM and revenue marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase or similar technologies, with a strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, attribution, marketing-influenced revenue and campaign return on investment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to deliver shared business objectives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, healthcare technology or identity management would be advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region and elsewhere in Europe as required.
