An exciting opportunity awaits you as Revenue Management Analyst in our Commercial team. The Revenue Analyst is a key role in monitoring and implementing Eurostar’s commercial strategy and objectives. The main function of the role is to develop the appropriate revenue management strategy to deliver the right price at the right time for every train within the scope of responsibility. The role has strong autonomy, with freedom to make pricing decisions and adjustments to the strategy within a framework, having direct financial impact on the business. You will be responsible for a route or portfolio of routes and report to the Revenue Manager responsible for the area.

This permanent position is based in our London Kings Cross office with hybrid working (expectation to attend the office twice per week).

Requirements

We’re looking for someone to:

  • Define and implement revenue management strategies for a dedicated route portfolio, integrating capacity and transport plan changes.
  • Monitor daily performance by analysing revenue, demand, and system forecasts, proactively sharing insights and recommendations with Management.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analysis into demand patterns, customer behaviour, and operational metrics to inform strategy and decision‑making.
  • Contribute to timetable and capacity decisions for your route.
  • Ensure effective use, configuration, and monitoring of the Revenue Management System to deliver accurate forecasts and automated optimisation.
  • Manage availability for promotions and offers to maximise load factor and minimise distressed inventory.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting and KPI frameworks to enable quick, data‑driven decisions.
  • Oversee group booking authorisations (where applicable) and maintain strong collaboration with Sales, monitoring on‑hold bookings closely to protect revenue integrity.

You'll need...

  • Experience in Revenue Management gained within a tourism, transportation or hospitality organisation
  • Ability to manipulate data, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make quick decisions (Strong Excel skills required/Power BI desirable)
  • Strong commercial awareness, can demonstrate an understanding of the economic and commercial drivers of the business and how they relate to revenue decisions
  • An organised and methodical approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also to make decisions independently on route management
  • Experience with Revenue Management systems
