We're one of the fastest-growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space, and the brands we work with love us for it. Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers — and we're looking for someone who shares that obsession, and can lead others toward it too..
Your mission: own the strategy and outcomes for your pod's highest-value, most complex accounts, turning data-driven decisions and strong client leadership into the standard the rest of the team is built to meet.
What you'll do:
Independently manage 5-6 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y, including our most complex, highest-value accounts
Own the retention roadmap across your portfolio: planning calendars, timing, and revenue targets, and interpreting data to define next steps
Develop advanced retention strategies and review campaigns before they reach the client
Work with a more junior Retention Manager who handles copy and project management for your clients, freeing you up to focus on strategy and the relationship
Mentor RM1s and RM2s in your pod: coach them on client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making
Run client onboarding for new brands, setting the right tone and expectations from day one
Stay genuinely at the cutting edge of retention marketing and bring that thinking back to the team
What we're looking for (non negotiable):
4+ years hands-on experience, including running high-value/high-complexity accounts
Full funnel understanding, not just email metrics
Proven ability to develop retention strategy from scratch,
Strong relationship builder with proven client-facing experience, including coaching or mentoring other marketers
Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience
What you'll get:
Competitive salary
Generous paid time off
Fully remote - work from wherever you do your best work
Clear growth path into Team Lead and beyond
Access to all tools, data, courses and coaches you need for being successful
Direct access to founders of the fastest growing e-commerce brands worldwide
This is for you if:
You're a freelancer/agency owner who wants more stability, without giving up ownership
You want the hardest, highest-stakes accounts on your desk, not the easy ones
You like making other people better at their jobs, not just doing your own well
This is not for you if:
You're looking to get away by doing the bare minimum
You want to stay heads-down on execution and skip the mentoring/strategy side
