Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles (sourcing, screening, closing ~6+ hires/month), support People Ops tasks like onboarding and daily people questions, and partner on strategic people initiatives and process design as the company scales.

Manage retention strategy and execution for 1-2 accounts while handling copywriting and project management for 5-6 additional pod accounts. Lead client calls and business reviews, analyze data and reports, translate insights into action, and maintain status tracking, approvals, and sequencing. Grow into full strategic ownership and revenue generation.

Manage copywriting and project coordination for 6-8 pod accounts, keep projects on track, pull and format reports, spot blockers, and learn to contribute to and eventually own account strategy.

Design email campaigns, pop-ups, GIFs and animations for e-commerce brands; build and maintain email design systems; meet deadlines; provide design direction and support to the team to improve workflows and output.

Manage retention for four Shopify brands (each >$5M/year): own results and client relationships, write email copy, collaborate with design, share retention frameworks and tools, and grow account performance using full-funnel lifecycle strategies.
