What you’ll be doing:
Work closely with project managers to identify resource needs for upcoming projects.
Allocate resources in a manner that ensures all projects have the necessary resources to meet their objectives.
Monitor resource usage to ensure that resources are being used efficiently and cost-effectively.
Identify resource conflicts and work with project managers and department heads to resolve them.
Develop and maintain resource allocation policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain resource utilisation reports and metrics.
Coordinate with human resources and finance departments to ensure that resource allocation aligns with Organisational goals and budgets.
Evaluate and implement new tools and systems to improve resource management processes.

Proven experience as a resource manager or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with resource management software and tools.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of project management methodologies.
