We're hiring a Resource Manager Partner at Merkle in Sofia.
The purpose of the role
The CXM Resource Management Partner shapes and leads the resource management capability across CXM UK. The role drives workforce planning, allocation and utilisation through data-led insight, embeds consistent processes and tools, and partners across the business to manage demand, resolve conflicts and optimise both talent development and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive workforce planning and resource management processes, supporting continuous improvement and adoption of best practices, tools, and operating models.
Partner with business leaders to optimize resource allocation, staffing decisions, and workforce utilization.
Analyze demand pipelines and forecast future resource needs to ensure timely staffing and effective workforce planning.
Monitor utilization, staffing metrics, and resource performance, providing insights, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.
Assess and communicate the business, financial, client, and skills impact of resource allocation decisions.
Lead resource review meetings, manage escalations, and resolve staffing and resource-related conflicts.
Champion a talent-centric approach by aligning employee skills, aspirations, and development goals with business needs.
Lead and develop a team of Resource Managers, Specialists, and Coordinators.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Resource Management, Talent Management, Operations, Workforce Planning, or Business Transformation.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, resource management, and HR best practices.
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and resource utilization analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and change management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with Adobe Workfront is an advantage.
Highly proactive, service-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
