We are hiring for an exciting Renewals Sales Specialist role in our Secure Distributed Cloud Renewals team who will be responsible for renewing subscriptions of our SaaS based services whose foundation is the Distributed Cloud Platform (XC). In this role you will be working with end customers, Customer Success Managers, Channel Partners, Account Executives and Solutions Specialists to ensure a timely renewal and capture growth generated during the subscription’s lifetime.  Secure Distributed Cloud Renewals sits in the middle of a complex and growing sales motion at F5.

You will:

  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Solution Specialists and Customer Success Managers to renew subscriptions on time.
  • Manage a portfolio of subscription renewals end-to-end, identifying and mitigating roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring a successful, on-time execution of sales stages from quota creation to final booking.
  • Review and understand contract terms and conditions working closely with F5’s finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant.
  • Review all subscriptions up for renewal on a quarterly basis for data accuracy working in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
  • Communicate with channel partners and customers to ensure smooth, on-time renewals.
  • Manage renewals through Salesforce, ensuring renewal status, sales stage, close dates and expected revenue are always up to date. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, including shown ability to lead complex sales situations to a positive resolution, involving the right resources as needed.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment across local, regional, and global offices.
  • Provide excellent time management skills and an ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic to moderate knowledge and understanding of parts of IT Security operations and personas.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in established renewals dashboarding
  • Strong interpersonal skills and your ability to read, write and speak English fluently, including technical and IT security concepts.

How do you qualify?

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a sales operation, inside sales or customer success role.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with customers, channel partners and F5 teams across different theaters.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • As an SDC Renewals Sales Specialist you may occasionally need to attend calls or respond to emails outside normal working hours (not on-call).
  • You may also travel on rare occasions to attend internal or customer meetings.
