Role Summary

The Remote Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting high-value SaaS subscriptions within the professional services sector. This role exists to own the full sales cycle—from initial demo to final close—ensuring that decision-makers understand the value of our £5,000/year flagship platform. This is a Full-time, Junior-level position (requiring 2+ years of experience) for a Remote (UK-based) professional who is measured by their ability to meet monthly closing targets and maintain pipeline health.

Work Setup & Collaboration
  • Fully Remote: Must be based in the United Kingdom to align with core business hours and client time zones.
  • High Autonomy: Requires a self-starter capable of managing a high volume of demos and follow-ups without daily in-person supervision.
  • Reporting Line: Works directly under the Head of Growth, providing regular updates on pipeline velocity and market feedback.
  • Process Focus: Operates within a structured sales process requiring diligent CRM management and adherence to brand messaging standards.

What You'll Do
  • Execute the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound qualified leads, moving prospects from demo to signature.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of 20–30 active opportunities to ensure steady monthly revenue.
  • Deliver high-impact platform demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI to Founders and C-suite executives.
  • Close a minimum of 5 new subscriptions per month to meet and exceed OTE targets.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot or Pipedrive, ensuring all interactions and deal stages are documented.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to provide feedback on lead quality and help refine the sales playbook.
  • Negotiate contract terms and navigate procurement hurdles within the professional services domain.
  • Take ownership of individual targets, proactively identifying bottlenecks in your personal sales funnel.

Success Indicators
  • Sales Volume: Consistently achieve or exceed 5 closed deals per month.
  • Pipeline Conversion: Maintain a demo-to-close ratio aligned with team benchmarks.
  • Revenue Contribution: Deliver a minimum of £25,000 in new contract value per month.
  • Data Integrity: Achieve 100% accuracy in CRM forecasting and activity logging.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically in a closing role.
  • Proven track record of closing at least 5 deals per month with a minimum value of £3,000 each.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders, including Founders, Ops Leads, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal, for the UK market.
  • CRM Proficiency: High level of literacy in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or an equivalent sales stack.
  • Location: Must be a permanent resident of the UK.
  • Strong written communication for effective asynchronous collaboration and professional follow-ups.

Nice to Have
  • Previous experience selling into Professional Services firms (Law, Accounting, Consultancy).
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and automated sequences.
  • Experience working in a scaling company (50–200 employees) with evolving processes.
