The Influencer Marketing Manager will join the 1000heads Relationships team on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of social-first influencer, creator and advocacy campaigns for our clients.


You will play a key role in identifying, approaching, briefing and managing relationships with influencers, creators and influential voices. You will work closely with Client Services, Strategy, Insight, Creative, Design, Production and Project Management to help deliver high-quality, culturally relevant work that meets client objectives and maintains the standards expected of 1000heads.


This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer and creator landscape, is confident managing multiple relationships at pace, and can balance creative ambition with operational detail, budgets, approvals and compliance.


RequirementsCreator, influencer and relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships with influencers, creators and influential voices across a range of communities, platforms and client sectors.
  • Research, identify and verify relevant creators for campaign briefs, ensuring recommendations are strategically aligned, brand-safe and culturally credible.
  • Support profiling briefs and creator shortlists, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the target audience, creator rationale and campaign opportunity.
  • Manage creator outreach, communication, negotiations, briefing, follow-ups and ongoing relationship maintenance in a timely and professional way.
  • Help ensure creator engagement is transparent, ethical and compliant with relevant campaign requirements, disclosure expectations and client standards.
Campaign delivery
  • Support the planning and delivery of influencer, creator and social-first campaigns from brief through to execution and wrap-up.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop smart, creative and effective solutions for client campaigns.
  • Coordinate creator deliverables, content requirements, timelines, usage needs, approvals and live dates.
  • Support event and activation planning where creator or influencer attendance is required, helping ensure smooth delivery on the day.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, adapting quickly when priorities, timelines or client needs change.
Client and internal collaboration
  • Build positive working relationships with client teams by listening carefully, understanding requirements and helping deliver against expectations.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to ensure communication, delivery and outputs are of the high standard expected by the agency.
  • Partner with Project Management and Finance teams to support budgets, third-party costs, invoices, purchase orders and supplier processes.
  • Work with Strategy and Insight teams to understand audiences, creator relevance and campaign performance.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that help improve the work, deepen creator relationships and strengthen the service we provide to clients.
Commercial, legal and compliance
  • Track budgets and creator costs accurately, ensuring spend is approved before commitments are made.
  • Support the administration of legal agreements, usage rights, contracts and creator documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, approvals, costs and deliverables.
  • Follow internal processes around time reporting, project tracking and financial administration.
  • Ensure all work is handled with appropriate confidentiality, professionalism and attention to data protection, anti-bribery and ethical standards.
Key Skills
  • 3–4 years’ experience in influencer management, creator partnerships, account handling, social media, PR, talent management or a similar agency/client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer and creator landscape, including platform behaviours, emerging talent, content formats and community dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident building relationships with creators, clients, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable handling budgets, invoices, contracts, approvals and campaign documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional approach under pressure.
  • Good understanding of social platforms and social-first content.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • A team-first attitude, with the flexibility to support where needed across projects.

  • Experience working in a creative, social, digital, PR or integrated agency.
  • Experience managing creator activity for events, activations or experiential campaigns.
  • Understanding of paid social, content usage rights, creator contracts and disclosure requirements.
  • Experience using project management, time-tracking or HR systems such as Basecamp, Workbook or BreatheHR.
