The Community Manager is responsible for managing global brand presences on social media, developing strategies, building client relationships, and executing social media events while ensuring engagement and ethical standards are maintained.

Manage influencer and creator relationships and support end-to-end delivery of social-first campaigns. Identify, verify and brief creators; coordinate deliverables, timelines, budgets, contracts and approvals; liaise with internal teams and clients; support events and activations; ensure compliance, accurate recordkeeping and financial administration.

Manage major global accounts, develop client relationships, deliver digital and social campaigns, and ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

Lead client relationships and a team to deliver social and digital campaigns. Own strategy, insights, budgets, billing, reporting and quality control while ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets and client expectations.
