Job Description

The Regulatory Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery, control and continuous improvement of regulatory reporting services, with a primary focus on Annex IV reporting and associated regulatory reporting deliverables across the client base.

Based in the UK, this role will act as a key operational oversight and delivery control role within the centralised Regulatory Reporting team. The majority of production activity is performed by colleagues in IQ-EQ’s Global Centre of Delivery (GCD) locations, with the role working closely alongside the UK-based Annex IV Reporting Specialist and reporting to the Associate Director, Regulatory Reporting.

This is not a direct line management role. The role will have a dotted-line / functional relationship with client relationship roles based in India and will work closely with CRM, client-facing teams and wider Regulatory Reporting teams to coordinate production, manage priorities, support issue resolution, monitor delivery progress and maintain consistent service standards for clients.

The role combines technical oversight, workflow control, stakeholder management, delivery governance, issue escalation, quality ownership and continuous improvement. The Regulatory Reporting Manager will support a scalable, technology-enabled reporting model and help enhance standardisation, controls, client service and delivery effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

  • You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of Annex IV and other regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, compliant, and audit-ready submissions across the client base.
  • You'll oversee reporting operations, workflows, quality controls, approvals, filings, exception management, and evidence retention while acting as the primary escalation point for complex reporting issues, data exceptions, filing risks, and client queries.
  • You'll provide functional leadership and technical expertise to Regulatory Reporting teams, driving high-quality standards, knowledge sharing, process improvements, capacity planning, and consistent delivery across global locations.
  • You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Client Services, Depositary, Compliance, Risk, Technology, AIFM, and delivery teams—to resolve issues, manage dependencies, support onboarding, and develop effective reporting operating models and controls.
  • You'll drive continuous improvement and business growth by identifying automation opportunities, enhancing controls and documentation, supporting new business initiatives, providing subject matter expertise, and delivering management reporting, insights, and risk updates to senior stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile
  • Wellbeing: Additional social benefits such as private health and dental cover, life assurance, discounted gym membership, eye test and corporate GP
  • Annual leave: All our employees are entitled to 25 days paid leave, plus all UK public holidays. Enhanced maternity and paternity, including shared parental leave and adoption leave
  • Flexible working: We recognize the value of working flexibly and is keen to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements

Qualifications

About you

  • You have strong experience in regulatory reporting, fund administration, or a similar financial services role, with a proven ability to oversee operational delivery, manage complex reporting matters, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy, control, and client service.
  • You possess strong knowledge of client delivery processes, ideally including AIFMD Annex IV reporting, along with expertise in controls, data validation, quality assurance, reconciliations, audit-ready documentation, workflow management, and risk monitoring using Excel, reporting systems, and workflow tools.
  • You can effectively coordinate delivery across multiple clients, funds, and jurisdictions, leveraging strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and cross-location collaboration skills within offshore, nearshore, and dotted-line delivery models.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis, defect trend review, remediation planning, exception management, risk escalation, and a commitment to continuous improvement, automation, and technology-enabled reporting solutions.
  • You hold a relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, accounting, business, fund administration, or a related field; experience with regulatory reporting systems, client onboarding, data migration, process transformation, KPI reporting, and a professional accounting qualification (or progress toward one) would be advantageous.
