We conduct domestic and cross‑border investigations and advise boards, senior management, and regulators on the prevention, investigation, and resolution of complex, international compliance matters.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • 2-3 years* of relevant experience in consulting or industry, ideally within financial services
  • Exposure to compliance‑related work with financial institutions and/or corporates (e.g. AML, sanctions, financial crime), across preventative, investigative and/or remediation activities
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience working across quantitative and qualitative data to support investigations, assessments, and recommendations
  • Practical experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools and technology to support research, analysis, and insight development
  • Motivated, proactive individuals with a strong interest in risk, compliance and investigations
  • Practical and adaptable, able to learn quickly and contribute in fast‑paced project environments
  • Foundational understanding of relevant rules and regulations, with an interest in how regulatory requirements translate into practical business application
  • Experience supporting multiple workstreams as part of delivery‑focused project teams and a strong desire to work in interdisciplinary and international teams

  • Must become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organisation.
