Lead and support corporate finance and capital advisory transactions including financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, information memoranda, management presentations, and term sheet/contract review. Coach junior staff, contribute to sector-focused business development, maintain client relationships, and assist Partners/Directors in negotiations and strategic planning while ensuring risk management and high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

Lead and set strategy for EMEA executive recruiting for Partner/PMD roles; manage and mentor a dispersed recruiting team; own senior searches end-to-end; build stakeholder relationships across regions; oversee candidate experience, onboarding, CRM optimization (Greenhouse), compliance with local laws, and vendor/search firm relationships.

Lead behavioural economics engagements delivering research, experiments and interventions for litigation, regulation, and commercial clients. Translate empirical findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, develop tools and thought leadership, support business development, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Risk Advisory practice in EMEA, partnering with senior stakeholders to design sourcing strategies, assess candidates, manage interviews, agencies, offers, onboarding, campus engagement, and ATS reporting to ensure high-quality candidate experience and aligned hiring pipelines.
