The role also improves resource management processes, supports temporary service provider coordination, assists with systems adoption, and uses AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and low-value reporting.

The role involves driving technology transformation and delivering high-impact engagements across sectors, ensuring business performance improvement and technology strategy execution.
