As an Account Manager at Access, you’ll play a key role in uncovering new business opportunities and driving cross-sell across our solutions. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while building your career with a fast-growing, stable software company. Day-to-day, you will:  

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for software subscriptions and solutions by managing the entire sales process, from developing customer relationships to closing deals.

  • Build strong relationships with your customer base to create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and ensure a smooth handover to the projects team after closing a sale.

  • Respond quickly to inquiries, collaborate with colleagues to support clients, and host meetings with customers at all levels, including C-suite.

  • Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and drive the sales process forward.

  • Work with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials, and track key performance metrics to adjust strategies and meet targets.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.  

Your skills and experiences might also include:   

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of SaaS products, services, and market trends, along with previous experience in Field Sales and/or Account Manager / Account Director role in the UK.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, effectively managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.

  • Strong time management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing a demanding workload.

  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working as part of a small team and contributing positively to group efforts.

  • Exceptional communication skills across various channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.

  • A willingness to travel and participate in events such as exhibitions, seminars, and sales meetings is required, which may occasionally involve overnight stays. As such, a valid UK driving license is essential.
