nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

Curious Minds. Bold Ideas. Extraordinary Impact.
We're transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We'll build what's next — together.

As our Senior Enterprise Account Executive you will be at the forefront of nCino's mission to reshape how financial institutions operate. Based in London, you will drive net-new sales to European financial institutions while expanding revenue within nCino's existing customer base — playing a pivotal role in our continued growth across the region.

This is more than a sales role. You will serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives at some of Europe's leading financial institutions, challenging the status quo and positioning nCino's cloud banking platform as the transformative solution they need. Your work directly accelerates nCino's ability to make an extraordinary impact on an industry ripe for change.

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing global team that values curiosity, integrity, and collective drive. We invest in our people — offering the tools, resources, and support to help you grow your career as we grow our business together.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and target prospective nCino customers within your geographic territory and market segment
  • Challenge prospective customers to consider a new and innovative approach to financial services technology
  • Drive opportunities through qualification and closure, maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Develop a strong nCino brand presence within your territory
  • Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and apply detailed knowledge of the nCino solution and the Salesforce.com platform to fulfil those needs
  • Manage complex sales cycles with new customers — mapping decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business
  • Identify prospective customer 'mobilisers' and build consensus among key stakeholders
  • Work effectively with inside sales partners and marketing to drive a consistent message in the marketplace
  • Expand nCino's presence within existing clients by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with our Customer Success team to drive adoption
  • Sell newly released nCino products and offerings to existing customers

Ideally You'll Have:

  • Proven success in software sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus, and sell to the C-suite
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to demonstrate software solutions both onsite and virtually
  • A history of thriving in collaborative, entrepreneurial environments — working cross-functionally with product, professional services, support, finance, and other teams
  • Excellent listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain high levels of output while demonstrating process and administrative excellence
  • Familiarity with European banking regulations and governance
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance

Banking domain expertise, particularly in commercial banking, is a plus.

In Return We're Offering:

  • Private medical insurance
  • Life insurance and group income protection cover
  • Company pension with employer contributions
  • 25 days paid time off plus paid volunteering leave
  • Enhanced parental leave for primary and secondary carers
  • Salary sacrifice schemes, employee perks and discounts
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme covering mental health, legal, and financial wellbeing

At nCino, we are committed to building a workplace where everyone belongs. We actively foster an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. We know that our best ideas come when we bring our whole selves to work — and we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
