DESCRIPTION
As the Regional Vice President, EMEA for Matterport, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-impact sales organization focused on driving adoption of Matterport’s digital twin technology across the built world.
You will own a geographic region and lead a team of Regional Directors, Account Executives and Channel Managers who engage customers, prospects, and partners across industries such as Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Corporate Real Estate, Retail, and Insurance/Restoration.
This is a foundational leadership role. You will help define our GTM strategy, hire and develop the talent that powers it, and create a culture of high accountability, operational rigor, and customer obsession. Your team will be responsible for establishing Matterport’s presence across the region - meeting customers and partners, understanding their workflows and challenges, and demonstrating how digitizing the built world drives efficiency, reduces risk, and accelerates outcomes.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across CoStar Group - including Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and GTM Strategy - to build scalable processes, refine our message in the field, and execute a region-specific go-to-market plan. Your mission is to develop a high-performing organization that consistently lands new business, expands existing accounts, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a regional sales organization, including hiring, developing, and managing a high-performing team of sales leaders, Account Executives and Channel Managers.
- Drive balanced revenue growth by owning new business acquisition and expansion across your geographic territory.
- Create and execute a region-specific go-to-market strategy that aligns with Matterport’s commercial and enterprise segmentation.
- Develop your sales team into true field professionals who excel at in-person meetings, on-site discovery, and live demonstrations of Matterport’s value.
- Establish operational discipline around pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, account planning, and multi-threaded customer engagement.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure sellers are trained, coached, and equipped with modern sales tools, talk tracks, and industry-specific insights.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to strengthen regional messaging, identify market opportunities, and deliver feedback loops based on real customer and partner interactions.
- Engage directly with key customers and partners, supporting major deals, negotiating commercial terms, and expanding strategic relationships.
- Build a culture of accountability and excellence, reinforcing expectations around activity, deal quality, territory ownership, and customer engagement.
- Identify and operationalize best practices in field execution, account prioritization, face-to-face engagement, and industry positioning.
- Serve as an executive ambassador across EMEA, representing Matterport and CoStar Group values with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.
- Provide executive-level reporting on regional performance, pipeline health, customer insights, market dynamics, and team development.
- Travel extensively within your region to support sellers, deepen customer relationships, and execute a high-touch sales strategy.
- Instil Matterport & CoStar’s mission and values, ensuring every leader and seller represents the company with professionalism, customer focus, and integrity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in-person college or university.
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing outside/field SaaS sales teams. Minimum 2 years second level sales leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading revenue teams in fast-paced, high-velocity B2B environments.
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading field sellers who operate successfully in face-to-face, multi-threaded sales motions.
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to build processes, improve execution, and drive consistent, data-informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, from field sellers to enterprise decision-makers and senior executives.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50%+ within region.
- This role is based in our London office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of building and scaling a sales organization from the ground up.
- Demonstrated ability to retain high performers, develop emerging leaders, and coach underperformance with clarity and consistency.
- Strong strategic planning capability - territory design, account prioritization, whitespace identification, and regional coverage models.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Enablement teams.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- High degree of adaptability and resilience - capable of leading teams through growth, change, and evolving GTM strategy.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to clearly articulate regional needs, customer insights, and revenue strategy.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region, as required by customer and team needs.
