What you will bring

  • Strong coaching and people development capability
  • Commercial acumen with experience in regional planning and forecasting
  • Advanced account management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence presenting and communicating at senior level
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work cross‑functionally

Experience and qualifications

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as science, medical or pharmaceutical
  • Pharmaceutical or medical sales experience is essential
  • Sales leadership or management experience is highly desirable
  • Retail or pharmacy channel exposure is advantageous
  • ABPI certified

Why this role stands out

  • Real autonomy to run your region and make meaningful commercial decisions
  • Clear investment in leadership development and coaching capability
  • A values‑led culture focused on quality, people, ethics, innovation and service
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and visible impact on business performance
  • Flexible working practices, with trust and empowerment to manage your time
  • A role suited to ambitious leaders who want progression, purpose and balance
  • Competitive salary, car allowance and quarterly bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits including pension, private healthcare, life cover and income protection
  • 28 days annual leave, rising to 32 with continuous service

Work pattern and travel

This is a field leadership role with regular travel across the UK North and attendance at meetings. Flexibility is supported, with an outcomes‑focused approach rather than fixed hours.
