Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking an Regional Sales Manager – UK, with 2 - 6 years of experience, responsible for accelerated growth through the development of a reseller channel and demand generation efforts. This is a hybrid hunter-farmer role – ideal for someone who can drive new business, onboard and enable partners, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.

The RSM ensures profitable growth by planning and executing a territory expansion strategy fulfilled through a channel of security systems integrators, alarm companies, IT / networking service providers and other types of independent service companies focused on the delivery and support of secure, cloud-oriented, video management systems.

Responsibilities

Channel Development & Enablement

  • Must possess a strong channel network from security systems integrators, alarm companies, IT / networking service providers and other types of independent service companies
  • Contribute to regional strategy, forecasting, and market development plans
  • Train direct dealer’s sales representatives to meet hardware and subscription sales target and commitments
  • Coordinate technical certification of dealer’s operational resources
  • Ensure dealer and Eagle Eye are successful in the ordering and payment processes

In-direct Channel Expansion

  • Collaborate and support Eagle Eye Ecosystem partners to create shared value.
  • Collaborate with Eagle Eye's Strategic Account Team to support Strategic Partners in the region.
  • Coordinate cross-selling efforts with Eagle Eye and Ecosystem Partners

Demand Generation

  • Develop relationships with consulting engineers within the region to achieve assigned goals and objectives in terms of new, specified opportunities
  • Develop relationships with multi-site end-users in franchise or corporate businesses in the banking/finance/insurance, metals/mining/energy, healthcare, retails or similar verticals
  • Receive and manage inbound leads from the website and other sources to efficiently result in channel expansion and revenue recognition
  • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans
  • Effectively manages stakeholder communication

Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key partners, driving adoption, upsell, and renewal opportunities
  • Regularly review performance metrics and growth plans with top partners
  • Help partners build their Eagle Eye pipeline through joint business planning, campaigns, and proactive support
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on solution positioning, pricing, and project support

Experience

  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • 2 - 6 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, information technology, or security sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record in new technologies sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in a professional manner
  • Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized way
