  • Partner with key account stakeholders to understand clinical and operational needs, delivering tailored neurovascular solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and education teams to support product launches, case coverage, and physician training programs
  • Drive excellence in execution within complex hospital environments, including emergency stroke pathways and 24/7 service models
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximise growth opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and reimbursement dynamics
  • Travel extensively across the UK&I region to support, coach, and develop the team

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, including leadership or sales management responsibility
  • Experience within neurovascular, interventional cardiology, radiology, or a related complex procedural environment is highly desirable
  • Strong track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience working closely with clinicians in high-acuity, theatre-based environments
  • Strong business acumen, including a solid understanding of NHS structures and reimbursement pathways
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse market dynamics, develop strategic plans, and drive disciplined execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, clinically demanding environment with multiple stakeholders

Experience in stroke care pathways and/or aneurysm treatment, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within hospital systems—from clinicians to procurement and executive teams. Demonstrates high resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.
