Leads discovery, product vision, roadmap development, and prioritization for Medtronic’s AI and analytics products within the Touch Surgery ecosystem. Partners with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and business teams to translate procedural workflows into compliant digital and embedded healthcare solutions. Oversees Agile product development, user research, usability testing, stakeholder alignment, and customer engagement across the US and Europe.

Lead operational execution, adoption, and expansion of a Market & Customer Intelligence platform across Eurasia. Partner with commercial, IT, and cross-functional teams to capture, structure, and refresh intelligence; coach teams on knowledge-sharing and AI-enabled insights; develop adoption strategies; monitor engagement and quality; identify commercial use cases; and drive platform enhancements and regional rollout.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for embedded and connected medical devices. Define test plans for firmware, device drivers, APIs, connectivity, OTA updates, and WebUI. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with hardware/firmware teams, debug system-level issues, and validate device performance under real-world conditions. Must commute to London office 3–5 days/week.

Develop and maintain high-performance embedded application software in modern C++ for intra-operative medical devices, ensure maintainability, device monitoring and cloud connectivity, debug issues, participate in security and regulatory compliance, and support next-generation device software stacks in a multidisciplinary team.

Manages investigator-sponsored medical device research studies from review and contracting through closeout and publication. Oversees budgets, payments, contracts, device logistics, Trial Master Files, GCP and regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and GCC approvals. Supports sponsor studies, clinical and purchasing systems, global policy development, and process improvement. Collaborates with investigators, healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external research partners across global time zones, serving as a European representative on the global ISR Council.

Develop and execute customer value propositions for pain interventional neuromodulation across UK & Ireland. Generate insights, design end-to-end customer experiences, coordinate with product, sales, and market teams, run market analyses, integrate content/events/campaigns, and support product launch readiness. Remote role with significant travel.

Lead backend and systems engineering from design through production for connected, embedded, edge-computing healthcare products. Design distributed systems, write primarily Python, improve testability and reliability, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and produce clear technical documentation.

Design, develop, and deliver hands-on, scenario-based clinical and commercial training across EMEA and APAC. Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, and HCPs to support onboarding, product launches, certification tracking, and continuous improvement of field capability and adoption.

Lead and manage full-cycle implementations of the Touch Surgery ecosystem at hospitals. Project-manage deployments, engage clinical and IT stakeholders, install and test OR hardware and network configurations, deliver trainings and Go-Live support, and monitor post-Go-Live adoption and account health.

The role involves delivering training on robotic surgery technology, supporting clinical education programs, and collaborating with various teams to enhance surgical training outcomes.

Provide administrative support for Managed Equipment Services, maintaining records in AssetMax, coordinating meetings and travel, managing communications, supporting equipment fault and maintenance workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies in a regulated healthcare environment.

Drive sales growth for Medtronic’s Advanced Surgical Technologies portfolio across North East England. Build hospital relationships, develop new business and account expansion opportunities, provide product education and in-theatre clinical support, and collaborate with surgical teams. Manage the territory pipeline, maintain CRM records, exceed sales targets, and represent the portfolio at workshops, training events, and conferences.
