Leads portfolio governance, performance assessment, prioritization, investment recommendations, business cases, and offer development for Medtronic’s enterprise healthcare solutions portfolio. Partners with commercial, marketing, finance, digital, clinical, and market teams to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into strategic actions. Serves as a business stakeholder for the Market and Customer Intelligence platform, defining use cases, requirements, and outcomes while supporting platform adoption and effectiveness.

Designs, develops, implements, and improves learning solutions supporting operational processes, workforce capability, system adoption, and business performance. Conducts needs analyses, creates curricula and digital learning content, manages complex learning projects, facilitates workshops and train-the-trainer programs, evaluates learning effectiveness, and partners with stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, accessibility, and governance. Provides coaching and guidance to trainers, subject matter experts, project teams, and external partners across multiple countries and functions.

Designs, builds, and maintains AWS and on-premises infrastructure for machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software teams. Responsibilities include operating Kubernetes and MLOps platforms, responding to service requests, troubleshooting production issues, implementing infrastructure as code, improving reliability and developer experience, and supporting secure, scalable product delivery. The role requires cross-team collaboration, clear technical communication, and commuting to London two days per week.
