Leads discovery, product vision, roadmap development, and prioritization for Medtronic’s AI and analytics products within the Touch Surgery ecosystem. Partners with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and business teams to translate procedural workflows into compliant digital and embedded healthcare solutions. Oversees Agile product development, user research, usability testing, stakeholder alignment, and customer engagement across the US and Europe.

Lead operational execution, adoption, and expansion of a Market & Customer Intelligence platform across Eurasia. Partner with commercial, IT, and cross-functional teams to capture, structure, and refresh intelligence; coach teams on knowledge-sharing and AI-enabled insights; develop adoption strategies; monitor engagement and quality; identify commercial use cases; and drive platform enhancements and regional rollout.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for embedded and connected medical devices. Define test plans for firmware, device drivers, APIs, connectivity, OTA updates, and WebUI. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with hardware/firmware teams, debug system-level issues, and validate device performance under real-world conditions. Must commute to London office 3–5 days/week.
