Drives growth and adoption of Medtronic’s Head & Neck surgical portfolio across Western Europe. Responsibilities include customer engagement, clinical education, product training, launches, commercialization, market analysis, product positioning, segmentation, value proposition development, and collaboration with surgeons, distributors, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders. The role supports revenue growth and portfolio performance while building strategic relationships with key clinicians.

Develop and execute ecosystem and program marketing strategies, including market analysis, research, promotional plans, budgets, value propositions, and product launches. Build relationships with healthcare system customers and collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and business teams. Lead cross-functional alignment across countries and functions, with a focus on AI-driven healthcare technologies, cardiology, cardiac rhythm management, digital marketing, and channel strategy.

Designs, builds, and maintains AWS and on-premises infrastructure for machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software teams. Responsibilities include operating Kubernetes and MLOps platforms, responding to service requests, troubleshooting production issues, implementing infrastructure as code, improving reliability and developer experience, and supporting secure, scalable product delivery. The role requires cross-team collaboration, clear technical communication, and commuting to London two days per week.
