Job Description

Regional Sales Director reporting to the VP Sales in our FP&A Business Unit. You will be an experienced Sales Leader, with strong background in operational reporting and data analytics with exposure to the SAP domain. The Opportunity

The Sales Director leads an accomplished team of six sellers (Account Executives & Account Managers) who sell our best-in-class Operational Reporting and Supply Chain Process Analytics solution (Angles for SAP) to new logo and existing clients across EMEA.

To exceed the team quota, drive regional growth and achieve high levels of client satisfaction, the Regional Sales Director develops appropriate strategies, provides inspirational sales leadership, and collaborates effectively with our solution engineering, marketing and customer success groups.

Daily you will lead the regional territory plan, lead the team with account development and pipeline generation activities, utilize MEDDIC, and ensure high professional standards and the sound execution of each phase of the complex sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B sales leadership, especially within Analytics and ERP (SAP) domains
  • Strong understanding of the SAP landscape and data analytics solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive KPIs and deliver results in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Experience managing both new business development and existing account expansion
  • Authentic, motivational leadership style with a focus on performance and adaptability
