All about the role:

At Electrolux Group, we have five global product lines: Fabric Care, Dish Care, Food Preparation, Food Preservation, and Home Comfort. Within each product line, the Product Line teams are responsible for developing product portfolios to boost our brands, create competitive advantages, and grow the business. They are dedicated, client-centered and dynamic teams, working closely across functions to deliver relevant consumer experiences to global and local markets.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Product Line Analyst for Taste - Food Preparation, you will contribute to P&L management for Latin America, elaborating and deploying effective commercial strategies for product categories while ensuring timely creation of innovative features. If you have good communication and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, and see challenges as opportunities for growth, this is the position for you! In detail, you will:

- Drive new product development in innovation triangles together with R&D, Marketing and Design during Product Launch cycles throughout Latina America;

- Monitor project development check-points and updates, reviewing its specifications according to consumer insights and needs;

- Support decisions of Product Life Cycle from cradle to grave, contributing to LA model catalogue definition, considering factors such as concepts, specifications, profitability, target launch price, unique selling proposition, secondary benefits, among others; 
- Support the product category strategic plan as part of the overall Product Line Strategic Plan, bringing frontloading to Generation Plan based on Consumer Insights, Market development, and Brand Attributes.
 

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

- Business School degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent areas;
- Proven track in project and portfolio management
- Background in product innovation cycle, especially at technology consumer goods industries;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
 

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Group Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.

OR

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux Group operations, this plant is the base for over 3000 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
