Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regional Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for our North Europe region. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and provide exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries within the North Europe region.
  • Oversee in-house payroll operations for the UK.
  • Coordinate and manage outsourced payroll services for Norway, Denmark, Ireland and Iceland.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll records.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
  • Support and develop the payroll team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a regional or multinational context.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in North Europe.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
