Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals - supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role

This role leads the execution of Heidi’s UKI marketing strategy, translating global positioning into work that is credible, local, and commercially effective. It owns day to day marketing for the region, partnering closely with sales and regional leadership to generate pipeline through focused campaigns, consistent brand presence, and rigorous events and partnerships.
Working alongside the Regional Marketing Director, the role balances strategic planning with hands on delivery. Every activity is grounded in evidence, shaped by the realities of UKI healthcare, and held to a clear standard: reinforcing Heidi’s position as a trusted partner to clinicians and the systems that support them.

What you’ll do

Regional execution and delivery

  • Execute the UKI marketing strategy in line with direction set by the Regional Marketing Director

  • Translate global positioning and messaging into locally relevant, credible execution

  • Act as the day to day marketing lead for UKI, working closely with sales and regional stakeholders

  • Partner closely with the Regional Marketing Director to plan priorities, sequencing, and investment

Demand generation and pipeline support

  • Work closely with sales to drive qualified pipeline and revenue impact

  • Execute regional campaigns across inbound and outbound channels

  • Support lead qualification, nurturing, and handover into sales

  • Track performance and share insights with regional and global teams

Brand, communications, and thought leadership

  • Deliver consistent regional brand presence across all channels

  • Support PR, media, and thought leadership activity in market

  • Contribute to content development including case studies, long form content, and executive messaging

  • Ensure all activity aligns with Heidi’s positioning as a trusted, evidence led healthcare partner

Events and partnerships

  • Plan and deliver regional events, conferences, and activations

  • Support flagship moments including conferences, round tables, and in person events

  • Work with partners, customers, and associations to extend reach and credibility

Team and agency collaboration

  • Work with internal marketing resources and external agencies across PR, creative, and events

  • Manage agency delivery against agreed briefs and priorities

  • Escalate risks, gaps, or opportunities to the Regional Marketing Director as appropriate

What we’re looking for
  • Strong marketing experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated B2B markets

  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments

  • Comfortable working closely with sales and senior stakeholders

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a scaling organisation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working with NHS, healthcare systems, or life sciences

  • Experience in AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS

  • Experience working across multiple regions or markets

What do we believe in?

Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership.

  • Live Forever - Every release moves care forward: measured, safe, and built to last. Data guides us, but patients define the truth that matters.

  • Practice Ownership - Decisions follow logic and proof, not hierarchy. Exceptional care demands exceptional standards in our work, our thinking, and our character.

  • Small Cuts Heal Faster - Stability earns trust, speed delivers impact. Progress is about learning fast without breaking what people depend on.

  • Make others better - Feedback is direct, kindness is constant, and excellence lifts everyone. Our success is measured by collective growth, not individual output.

Our mission is clear: expand the world’s capacity to care, and do it without losing the humanity that makes care worth delivering.
