Own Heidi’s zero-to-one New Bets portfolio, taking concepts from problem framing and market sizing through rapid prototyping, clinical validation, pilots, and scale-or-kill decisions. Build prototypes with AI tools, observe clinicians in practice, define success and kill criteria, collaborate with commercial teams, and transition successful bets into established product lines.

Lead technical discovery and solution design during sales cycles for enterprise health systems. Drive EMR/SSO integrations, deliver demos, manage RFPs/security reviews, accelerate deals, and ensure smooth post-sales handoffs with product and engineering.

The Senior Backend Engineer will develop backend features for an AI product in healthcare, focusing on systems architecture, data storage, and API integration, while ensuring code quality and scalability.
