As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will enhance operational reliability, participate in incident response, improve system observability, and automate operational tasks while collaborating with engineers to maintain production systems.

Serve as the senior strategic lead for 10–15 large NHS and health system accounts, advising executives, designing and leading multi-site implementations, orchestrating cross-functional delivery pods, driving adoption and expansion, owning renewals and commercial outcomes, and shaping scalable playbooks and pilot evaluation frameworks.

Lead the Mid-Market & SMB sales team, focusing on new business development, pipeline management, and team building while leveraging AI for sales processes.
