We’re looking for a commercially minded, full-funnel Marketing Manager to lead enterprise and acquisition marketing across the Nordic region, with a strong focus on high-growth AI/Digital Natives.  The role reports to the Head of Northern Europe Marketing and will be part of the International Marketing organisation.

This role blends regional field marketing expertise with a modern, data-driven growth mindset: building awareness, creating qualified pipeline, accelerating conversion, and establishing MongoDB as the partner of choice for AI-native companies and Enterprise organisations.

The successful candidate will own the regional marketing strategy and execution across the region. They will partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Growth teams to drive focused acquisition programs for AI/Digital Natives across the region.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Stockholm for our hybrid working model.

What you’ll do

Regional strategy and execution

  • Build and execute an integrated marketing plan for the Nordics, aligned to revenue priorities, target accounts, segments, and country-specific market dynamics
  • Translate global & EMEA campaigns into locally relevant programs that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline
  • Own the regional marketing mix, including field events, executive programs, digital demand generation, partner motions, communities, and third-party activations
  • Manage regional budget, agency relationships, timelines, and performance reporting
  • Ensure programs reflect local languages, culture, buying behaviours, and regulatory requirements where appropriate

AI/Digital Natives acquisition

  • Design and run acquisition campaigns that identify, engage, and convert early-stage and scaling AI/Digital Natives
  • Define priority startup audiences, buying centres, use cases, triggers, and conversion paths in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations
  • Develop high-value offers and experiences for technical founders, builders, data leaders, and platform teams, such as workshops, community programs, ecosystem events, webinars, and nurture journeys
  • Build account-based and lifecycle programs that move startup prospects from awareness through activation, opportunity creation, and expansion readiness
  • Work with ecosystem partners, venture capital firms, accelerators, cloud providers, and developer communities to extend reach and credibility

Revenue partnership and optimisation

  • Partner with regional Sales leadership to set shared pipeline targets, prioritise accounts, and convert campaign engagement into next-best actions
  • Establish clear measurement across sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates, cost efficiency, account engagement, event performance, and acquisition velocity
  • Use campaign and customer data to continually test audiences, messages, channels, offers, and follow-up motions
  • Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to regional and global stakeholders; scale successful programs to other markets where relevant
What you’ll bring
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field, demand generation, growth, or acquisition marketing in technology, SaaS, cloud, developer tools, or data platforms
  • Demonstrated experience building integrated regional marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic technology market, including its enterprise, startup, partner, and developer ecosystems
  • Experience marketing to startups or technical audiences; familiarity with AI, data, cloud, developer, or infrastructure buying journeys is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and technical stakeholders, translating business priorities into executable campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort using marketing automation, CRM, intent, and campaign-performance data to make decisions
  • Strong project-management skills, including managing multiple programs, partners, and budgets in a fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal English. One or more additional European languages are highly valued
