Regional Key Account Manager

Location: Field based across the East Midlands and East of England, covering S, LE, CB, IP, NR, PE, LN, NG and DN postcodes
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: Standard business weekday hours with hybrid working
Salary: £40,950 plus bonus up to 11k per annum, plus a car scheme

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager to support Stellantis UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team where you will play a key role in developing customer relationships, driving commercial growth and delivering exceptional account management across your region.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Regional Key Account Manager to join our team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts across your region, building trusted relationships with retailers and stakeholders while identifying opportunities to drive sales performance and business growth.

Working closely with Stellantis and internal teams, you will use market insight, performance data and strategic account planning to maximise opportunities, deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to the continued success of the partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with key accounts across your region.

  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans that support business growth and maximise commercial opportunities.

  • Drive sales performance through proactive account management and regular customer engagement.

  • Monitor account performance, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve results.

  • Build strong relationships with Stellantis stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate account information and activity using CRM systems.

  • Represent ROI and Stellantis professionally during regular customer visits across the region.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in account management, business development or field sales within the automotive industry.

  • A proven ability to build, develop and retain strong customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional territory.

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
