  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform and influence key decisions.
  • Experience developing and implementing talent strategies, including high‑potential identification and acceleration, assessment, succession planning, career development, and talent movement.
  • Change management capability, using consulting skills, frameworks, and tools to help the business plan and lead change effectively.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills.
  • Confidence in constructively challenging senior leaders and addressing entrenched cultures or behaviours when needed.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills, using data and insights to develop and present business cases to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Comfort working within a matrix environment and with U.S. based functional alignment.

We know great candidates may not meet every requirement listed. If you’re excited about this role but don’t have experience in every area, we still encourage you to apply. We offer training and development where needed and will work with you to understand your strengths and support your growth.
