The Senior FP&A Analyst will manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles, delivering insightful analysis and supervising finance graduates while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Provide BAU SAP support for Finance and Manufacturing: investigate GPD errors, manage financial calendars, act as SAP/SAP BW SME, train users, define processes, liaise with IT technical teams, lead incident/problem/change management and maintain service quality and documentation.

Provide strategic and tactical legal advice on commercial contracts, defence procurement and corporate governance. Draft, negotiate and amend complex contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements and subcontracts; support bids and contract reviews; manage external counsel; ensure corporate policy compliance; develop legal processes, knowledge content and team improvement projects; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Raytheon UK, US LCC and RTX.

Provide contractual and commercial governance supporting bids and project delivery. Review, draft and negotiate contracts, manage contract change control, commercial risk, financial forecasting, claims, and customer-facing contract governance. Support bid development, resolve commercial issues, assure contract closeout, and drive process improvements.

Manage and support global trade/export control compliance for business areas, including licensing, classification, agreement compliance, training, audits, investigations, and process improvement to ensure adherence to UK export laws and US ITAR/EAR.

Design scalable, secure IT solutions across applications, infrastructure and cloud; create high- and low-level architectures; contribute to roadmaps, standards and governance; work with product owners and PMO to deliver compliant solutions and support lifecycle outcomes.

Support, develop, test and maintain SAP R/3 ABAP applications and integrations. Capture requirements, deliver changes, resolve incidents, perform deployments, documentation, support business users and work with vendors. Provide occasional out-of-hours and on-site support.

The Finance Analyst will provide high-quality financial analysis, support AOP development, quarterly EACs, and assist with new business proposals while ensuring adherence to financial policy.

Lead financial analysis and business partnering for a major weapons programme: forecasting, AOP and five-year planning, EAC reporting, project accounting, balance sheet and cash management, risk & opportunity analysis, and ad-hoc decision support to influence programme performance and compliance.
