Leads business development and growth strategy for Raytheon UK Services across Space & ISR, Training Transformation, and Cyber & Intelligence. Manages requirements and capabilities teams, coordinates integrated bid teams, develops and converts strategic pipelines, leads major bids, builds customer and partner relationships, aligns investments with strategy, and drives business-winning performance through disciplined capture planning and governance.

Supports the organisation’s information security assurance, risk, and compliance activities. Advises on commercial contracts, supply chain agreements, bids, tenders, procurement, disputes, litigation, governance, regulatory changes, and legal risk. Supports strategic decision-making, negotiates high-value agreements, manages external counsel, delivers legal training, and strengthens organizational legal capabilities. The role requires UK legal qualification, substantial commercial law experience, and eligibility for UK government security clearance.

Leads HR strategy for Raytheon UK, partnering with senior leadership across the employee lifecycle. Oversees talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, and culture initiatives. Provides strategic counsel in a complex, regulated defense environment while ensuring compliance with UK employment law, developing critical skills, strengthening inclusion, and supporting business growth and operational readiness.

The Finance Analyst will provide high-quality financial analysis, support AOP development, quarterly EACs, and assist with new business proposals while ensuring adherence to financial policy.
