Provide generalist HR support to a business area, partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, organisational change, TUPE and restructures, deliver people initiatives, support HR centres of excellence, and use insights to improve engagement and performance.

Support, develop, test and maintain SAP R/3 ABAP applications and integrations. Capture requirements, deliver changes, resolve incidents, perform deployments, documentation, support business users and work with vendors. Provide occasional out-of-hours and on-site support.

The Finance Analyst will provide high-quality financial analysis, support AOP development, quarterly EACs, and assist with new business proposals while ensuring adherence to financial policy.
