Support, develop, test and maintain SAP R/3 ABAP applications and integrations. Capture requirements, deliver changes, resolve incidents, perform deployments, documentation, support business users and work with vendors. Provide occasional out-of-hours and on-site support.

Provide contractual and commercial support across bids and delivery, identify and mitigate commercial risk, negotiate and manage contracts, oversee financial contract elements and change control, act as customer-facing commercial SME, and drive continuous improvement.

As the Digital Technology Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for digital technology across UK business groups, focusing on ERP transformation and aligning technology strategy with business needs.
