Administer, engineer, maintain, and improve enterprise cybersecurity platforms including SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management, endpoint, email, and web security. The role supports monitoring, detection, response, threat intelligence, log integration, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, patching, change management, reporting, and security projects. It collaborates with infrastructure, network, cloud, SOC, incident response, vendors, and business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with UK government security requirements.

Leads HR strategy for Raytheon UK, partnering with senior leadership across the employee lifecycle. Oversees talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, and culture initiatives. Provides strategic counsel in a complex, regulated defense environment while ensuring compliance with UK employment law, developing critical skills, strengthening inclusion, and supporting business growth and operational readiness.

Lead multiple end-to-end IT projects from initiation through operational handover, managing plans, budgets, resources, schedules, risks, dependencies, governance, suppliers, and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance, address issues and scope changes, and deliver project documentation and progress reporting. Projects may use Agile or Waterfall methodologies and must meet security, quality, and governance standards.
