About the role

Are you a strategic PMO and service delivery leader who knows how to turn operational complexity into high-performing, client-focused delivery?

We’re looking for a Regional Head of PMO to lead our EMEA/APAC Project Management and Service Delivery function. This is a senior leadership role with real impact, owning regional operational success, driving performance across revenue, margin and utilisation, and helping shape the future of PMO and Shared Services on a global scale.

You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Shared Services, regional peers, Practice leaders, Finance, and wider stakeholders to improve ways of working, strengthen delivery quality, and build a highly capable, commercially effective team.

If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, people leadership, and client delivery, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

As Regional Head of PMO, you’ll lead the operational success of the EMEA/APAC region and play a key role in evolving the PMO function.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the regional PMO function to achieve revenue, margin, utilisation, and billability targets
  • Driving operational excellence across Project Management and Service Delivery
  • Helping shape and execute the broader PMO and Shared Services strategy
  • Creating consistency in processes, standards, workflows, governance, and reporting
  • Supporting effective resource planning, workload balancing, and team utilisation
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for resourcing challenges, conflicts, and project issues
  • Leading and coaching Team Leads to ensure strong team performance and capability growth
  • Partnering with regional and global peers to create one aligned way of working
  • Overseeing quality of delivery, service performance, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Defining and tracking KPIs, using data and insight to identify trends and improve performance
  • Identifying risks early and implementing mitigation plans to maintain service continuity
  • Collaborating with Finance to ensure services are invoiced accurately in line with contract terms
  • Working with L&D to support up-skilling and close capability gaps
  • Embedding a strong client-focused mindset across the team
  • Contributing to service innovation, continuous improvement, and the development of new service solutions with Practice Heads

Qualifications

What we're looking for

We’re interested in hearing from senior leaders who bring a strong blend of commercial awareness, delivery leadership, operational improvement, and people management.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Significant experience in PMO, Project Management, Programme Management, and/or Service Delivery leadership
  • A strong understanding of the professional services environment
  • Experience leading regional or multi-country teams, ideally across EMEA and/or APAC
  • Proven success managing performance across revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting, and billability
  • Strong knowledge of service contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs
  • Experience improving delivery quality through data, reporting, analytics, and process improvement
  • A track record of leading teams, developing managers, and building high-performing functions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and global levels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and drive alignment
  • Professional fluency in Spanish or German would be highly advantageous
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to lead change and continuous improvement
