Own growth in the CIS region: design and run user acquisition, activation, and reactivation campaigns; run A/B tests and product experiments; optimize paid and CRM campaigns; monitor metrics and translate insights; collaborate with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, and Content teams.
We are looking for a Regional Growth Manager for CIS to take full ownership of growth initiatives in one of Binance’s top priority markets. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can combine user acquisition, lifecycle management, and reactivation campaigns with non-standard growth activations. You will design and execute experiments, optimize marketing campaigns, and find gaps for better performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive user growth and reactivation through local growth initiatives and experiments;
- Launch and optimise acquisition and activation campaigns based on data and business priorities;
- Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimisation;
- Monitor key growth metrics, analyse performance, and translate insights into actions;
- Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role (crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps preferred);
- Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact;
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to make decisions;
- Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation;
- Native Russian and strong English communication skills;
- Passion for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies.
