Location:Bristol (Hybrid) 
Fixed Term for 12 months

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional Finance Manager to join our finance team, responsible for analysing, improving, and controlling financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all operations. The role includes monitoring financial performance, providing actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and driving process improvements

The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for monitoring financial performance, driving process improvements, providing actionable financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and support global finance projects, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders across regions, acting as the main finance point of contact.
  • Provide strong technical finance expertise to support complex business initiatives and decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Operations, and other departments.
  • Monitor project financial performance, risks, and cost controls across the region.
  • Act as point of contact & escalation to support requests, resolves conflicts and other issues raised by other finance and non-finance teams
  • Manage risks & issues, and ensure they are resolved or escalated on a timely basis
  • Manage and drive continuous improvement opportunities 
  • Understanding of emerging finance and technology trends across the globe and competitor positioning 
  • Effective communicator with the ability to adapt style to engage all layers of the organisation. 
  • Competent negotiator and relationship manager, with the ability to work with senior layers of the organisation. 
  • Experience with a complex ERP (Oracle, SAP, Workday, other) 
  • Several years as a Finance Manager in a global accounting function
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
