Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams selling enterprise software and technology platforms across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This leader will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives (Enterprise, Senior and Digital Sellers) in both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts, with a strong focus on regional go-to-market strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate is an expert in navigating complex, multi-country sales cycles and understands the cultural and regulatory nuances of doing business in key EMEA markets. You and your team will be responsible for engaging senior decision-makers in Fortune 2000 organizations, leveraging consultative and value-driven sales approaches to help customers achieve digital transformation. Well versed in MEDDPIC is a huge plus.

We are looking for someone located in the London, UK area.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Drive EMEA GTM strategy by identifying high-potential markets, verticals, and enterprise opportunities within the region.
  • Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new logos and expanding existing relationships.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on local market trends, regulatory constraints (e.g., GDPR compliance), and cultural nuances.
  • Map out key enterprise accounts, identifying decision-makers and regional influencers to drive multi-threaded sales engagements.
  • Coach and support Account Executives in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles while balancing the book of business through new logo acquisition with an operational cadence that also incorporates mid-market accounts. Help AEs focus on the right accounts and the right opportunities leveraging your knowledge and experience with MEDDPIC.
  • Leverage data-driven insights from Salesforce, Gong, Domo and other tools to track regional performance and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Be a visible leader in the region, attending industry events, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities to strengthen Khoros’ presence in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer events, sales programs and customer briefings.

You might be a good fit if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 8+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience selling at the C-suite level, ideally within EMEA-based Fortune 2000 companies.
  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience leading teams in software sales within the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota as both an individual contributor and team leader in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Familiarity with EMEA sales cycles, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • Ability to sell SaaS and digital customer engagement solutions to large multinational enterprises.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing top enterprise sales talent in EMEA.
  • Exceptional deal-making skills with experience negotiating large, multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in European languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region (~30-50%).
