WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

We are seeking a Regional Director, Consulting Services, to lead our UK-Nordics Consulting team. Your core mandate is to drive sustainable growth by leading commercial engagements across Consulting (in close partnership with Customer Success and Sales) and supervising disciplined project execution (in collaboration with your teams and Delivery/Excellence Centers).You will:

  • Lead Senior Managers to secure, deliver, and grow consulting engagements.
  • Drive consulting excellence across sales, delivery, and resource management.
  • Ensure successful project delivery across all clients in the region.

This is a client engagement, and people‑leadership role with full accountability for the region’s Consulting Services performance.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

Commercial Excellence

  • Grow the consulting business with new and existing clients alongside with Service engagement manager, Sales and Customer Succes Manager.
  • Lead pre and post‑sales activities, presenting our methodology and best practices.
  • Build and maintain profitable consulting offerings.
  • Deliver financial and operational KPIs (Consulting revenue, Onboarding effectiveness, Client satisfaction, Employee engagement Score…).
  • Develop key strategic clients and large engagements.
  • Contribute to global initiatives that drive efficiency and services growth.

Delivery Excellence

  • Align resourcing and utilization with market needs.
  • Ensure high‑quality, on‑time, on‑scope, on‑budget implementations.
  • Sponsor complex projects and participate in steering groups.
  • Own the quality of all regional consulting engagements, including Statements of Work.
  • Serve as main regional interface with Global Delivery Excellence.

People Leadership

  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent with Practice Managers.
  • Set direction, coach, mentor, and support career development.
  • Manage resource planning and utilization and contribute to EMEA‑wide resource governance.

Strategy & Execution

  • Shape and execute the Consulting strategy in close collaboration with Consulting leadership.
  • Represent UK-Nordics in regional leadership forums and drive cross‑regional alignment.

WHAT YOU BRING

You thrive in this role if you recognize yourself in most of the following:

  • 10+ years leading teams delivering complex projects in financial institutions, consulting, or software/services.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience shaping profitable deals.
  • Solid analytical background (technical or commercial).
  • Proven experience running consulting practices.
  • Skilled communicator with a strong ability to build trust with clients and teams.
  •  Acts as a change agent to build alignment and accelerate momentum across teams and initiatives.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative and constructive leadership style that drives strong engagement and effective team performance.
  • Fluent in English.
