Primary Purpose: The Regional Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing the Coach brand across key department store locations in Germany, with a primary base at Galeria Kaufhof Frankfurt. The role will spend an average of 3–4 days per week on the shop floor in Frankfurt and will provide support to additional locations in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart as required. 

  

Please note, this is a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month contract.  

  

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Customer Service to:  

  • Deliver high service standards that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations by utilising Coach selling and service training tools and resources 

  • Contribute ideas for clienteling and in‑store events, helping to plan and support activities that increase customer engagement and drive sales 

  • Monitor and analyse store performance against targets and ensure KPIs are achieved 

  • Create and present action plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to address performance gaps and opportunities  

  • Drive brand education across all stores and share best practices to improve product knowledge and customer acquisition 

  • Identify and recommend in‑store activations and local event opportunities that strengthen brand visibility 

  • Build strong relationships with the Europe Wholesale Sales team to support overall brand growth 

  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines and ensure new season products are well‑presented and set up on time with deliveries. Ensure visual standards are consistent during markdown periods and the concessions maintain a strong and cohesive branded look

  • Partner with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and share regular visual updates to ensure the spaces align with floor plans  

  • Manage product deliveries and stock replenishment, keeping back‑of‑house areas clean, organised, and well‑maintained. Report operational issues to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador as needed 

  • Complete trade reports on time and communicate key product insights and updates to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador and Wholesale Sales team 

  • Plan effective shopfloor coverage in partnership with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador  

  

The accomplished individual will possess: 

  • In-depth knowledge of the retail environment and a minimum of 2 years retail experience  

  • German verbal communication skills required 

  • Ability to travel within Germany to visit allocated stores  

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends & public holidays  

  • Understanding of working within a department store  

  • Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and analytical skills  

  • Strong knowledge of industry trends 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to strategize to help develop their business  

  • A passionate team player with the ability to work well with others
