Sitting within the European Regional Media Team and working across the Mars Snacking portfolio the Addressable Media Manager will be responsible for creating growth audiences for brand media execution, working on data-driven targeting strategies specific to regional brand audiences in partnership with the regional media team, our Digital hub and internal/external data partners.
What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Co-create with brand and content teams on development and delivery of actionable audience strategies using a mix of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sets – this will be required per brand, market and channel.

  • Develop a POV on best practices for data diversity and the future of data driven marketing.

  • Drive the OESP Media Capability Program.

  • Accountable for compelling action led audience planning tests, which will fuel our learning in this area.

  • Continue to develop knowledge of the audience data landscape across Europe; including changes in privacy legislation that will impact data driven marketing: this means keeping aware of changes in the industry – including legislative, OEM or publisher driven changes which could impact our future marketing strategy

  • Accountable for audience hypothesis testing & experiments, which will fuel our learning in this area

  • You will manage the test and learn program.

  • You will lead the regional inputs for our Global JBPs

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholder groups across different geographies.

  • Proven financial acumen and commercial know-how.

  • Proven experience in either in-house or agency

  • Proven audience planning leadership to drive change across the European organization.

  • A passion for data driven communications and continuous learning.
