Leads European deployment of integration solutions within Mars’s S/4HANA-based digital transformation program. Manages vendor resources, regional planning, milestones, budgets, risks, KPIs, technical workshops, stakeholder alignment, and deployment strategy across markets. Requires strong integration expertise across APIs, events, EDI, and enterprise integration platforms, along with experience managing outsourced teams and complex multinational delivery environments.

Leads global ingredient science research across flavors, mint, seasonings, grains, rice, potatoes, and related categories. Defines long-term technology strategy, converts scientific discoveries into commercialized ingredients, strengthens supply resilience, governs flavor development, and identifies intellectual property opportunities. Manages a global team of scientists, ensures research quality and safety compliance, and partners with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply, commercial, regulatory, suppliers, academia, and research consortia.

Leads North American indirect tax requirements and global tax data governance for an SAP S/4HANA transformation. Leads European statutory financial reporting and compliance workstreams within a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. Defines local GAAP, IFRS, financial statement, disclosure, and regulatory reporting requirements; integrates them into global templates; and oversees design, testing, deployment, governance, controls, cutover, and hypercare. Partners with Finance, Controllership, Tax, IT, shared services, country teams, system integrators, and auditors to ensure compliant multi-country reporting solutions.

Lead discovery, rapid prototyping, and deployment of production-ready AI solutions for supply chain and manufacturing. Build Python-based RAG pipelines, semantic search, multi-agent workflows, data integrations, and enterprise platform connections. Engage frontline operations, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage agile delivery, and ensure prototypes are scalable and transferable to core engineering teams. Work across SAP, MES, shop-floor platforms, databases, telemetry, and unstructured data while collaborating with security, data, and architecture teams.

Build and refine AI-powered prototypes for supply chain and manufacturing operations. Oversees Workday and ServiceNow platforms, digital transformation, AI and analytics adoption, M&A integration, Agile and DevOps scaling, global delivery operations, vendor governance, and enterprise architecture. Partners with C-suite and federated business units to modernize technology ecosystems, improve associate experiences, and deliver secure, resilient, value-driven outcomes.

Manage global operational risk programs including risk engineering, property loss prevention, and business resilience. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive governance, compliance, audits, remediation, data analysis, and program deployment to reduce loss and ensure business continuity across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Leads Polish tax compliance, including CIT, withholding tax, VAT, deferred tax, transfer pricing, MDR/DAC-6, statutory reporting, and e-invoicing. Advises business units on tax risks, contracts, allowances, and regulatory changes; coordinates with tax leaders, PwC advisors, global teams, and tax authorities. Supports tax and ERP projects, digitizes workflows using tools such as Alteryx and Power Apps, delivers training, and standardizes reporting and tax procedures across RC units.

Lead sourcing strategies and category management for marketing content, especially market research and insights. Manage global/regional supplier contracts, drive harmonization and automation, partner with senior marketing stakeholders, provide market and financial insights, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver cross-functional projects across the Content team.

Leads the identification, development, testing, and scaling of AI and automation solutions across internal delivery processes and future customer-facing use cases.
