The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for designing manufacturing capabilities using SAP S/4 HANA, collaborating with various teams for global deployment, and ensuring solution interoperability across segments.

Lead technical design and delivery of SAP PLM for the Food & Nutrition segment: translate business requirements into architecture, oversee configuration, integrations (S/4HANA, MDG, CAD, ERP), support testing and deployments, guide integrators and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across the PLM ecosystem.

Lead product development programs from concept through pilot plant and commercialization. Manage cross-functional projects, define product specifications, ensure quality and scalability with factories and suppliers, and align technical delivery with marketing and regional R&D peers while staying current on food technologies and category trends.
