Three-year R&D graduate programme comprising three 12-month placements, primarily within R&D, with potential Procurement or Supply exposure. Participants manage projects, gain local and international experience, develop leadership capabilities, and contribute to product development. Successful graduates transition into an R&D role. Candidates need a STEM degree, leadership potential, technical and digital aptitude, and flexibility to relocate within the UK.

Graduate finance leadership programme featuring three 12-month placements across supply or market finance, financial control, internal audit, and finance digitalization. Participants gain local, regional, and potentially international exposure while developing analytical, leadership, and finance business-partnering skills. The programme supports progression toward strategic finance roles or finance management and includes CIMA qualification sponsorship, mentoring, and hybrid working.
