Lead operational readiness and start-up activities for new manufacturing assets, planning and executing commissioning, validation and start-up to achieve KPIs. Coordinate SOPs, training, cross-functional alignment, FAT/SAT support, risk mitigation, and post-project lessons to accelerate vertical start-up and embed changes into daily management and continuous improvement.

Lead the site Education & Training strategy and execution: design capability frameworks, govern training processes and budgets, deploy LMS and digital learning, deliver hands-on and train-the-trainer programs, manage training coordinators and external vendors, and close skill gaps to support site performance and business continuity.

Lead development and execution of consumer-first, platform-led brand campaigns across Orbit, Extra, Freedent and Yida. Drive creative excellence via PESO+C, manage agencies and cross-functional teams, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, measure performance with Media partners, and safeguard brand equity and compliance while scaling ideas across markets.
