Regional Account Manager – London – Plumb Centre

As a Regional Account Manager based in London you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Identifying, developing and generating new business opportunities in the London area to maximise growth of sales and margin

  • Attending customer visits to build strong relationships and upsell products - this will involve regular travel around London

  • Managing a portfolio of 40 - 50 customers

  • Developing business with existing customers

  • Maintaining close working relationships with branches within your area

  • Ensuring the branch teams are focused on supporting the delivery of the conversion of sales opportunities, as well as the maximising the sales of accounts in the local area

  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the sales teams, suppliers, and external customers

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • Previous industry experience would be ideal

  • A proactive approach to new business development, identifying new opportunities and trends to drive improved sales

  • The ability to analyse data and identify trends in KPIs and improve performance

  • Ability to influence, build and maintain long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Passion and resilience in working towards demanding goals

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week
