Job Description

CyberArk is looking for an Account Based Engagement (ABX) Program Manager in EMEA to join our growing Field Marketing Organization. In this role, you will plan and drive the regional ABX strategy, activating the connected marketing and sales field motions to accelerate the pipeline, working closely with the regional marketing, global marketing & marketing operations teams and across the key stakeholders of sales, sales development reps, and channel partners. This role will collaborate across the various functions to drive CyberArk’s pipeline across new logos and cross-sell with targeted and account-based programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Regional ABX program using the relevant marketing mix for Target Account Lists across the respective region, by segments and focus verticals.
  • Ensure frictionless flow and handoffs for Marketing generated Leads within target accounts in the region, for example, post-execution of Tier 1 events.
  • Operationalize Lead to Pipeline process playbooks in the region across SDR, Sales, and Channel, partnering with marketing and revenue operations teams.
  • Support regional SDR to ensure timely follow up and orchestrate across field GTM roles.
  • Evangelize marketing intelligence tools for engaged contacts within the region and develop intentional ABX journeys.
  • Drive quarterly optimization of the regional ABX Plan and share insights on what’s working/not working across regional & global leadership.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing leader to activate cross-functional stakeholders in the field. Support Regional Marketing Managers (RMM) in key account engagement across various marketing programs (e.g., Customer Meetings scheduling & onsite management at Tier 1 events).
  • Act as the owner of New Logo Regional Must Win programs across segments and sub-regions.
  • Drive cohesive business interlock between Customer Marketing and Must Win program to turn great New Logo wins into Evidence.
  • Support high-touch engagement plans for CISOs/CIOs across sub-regions, in partnership with the global C-level program and RMMs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity marketing, preferably experienced in Account Based Marketing, Field Marketing, or Customer Marketing
  • Proven track record in planning and executing Account-based, targeted marketing programs to generate demand and pipeline
  • Experienced in marketing intelligence, automation tools, lead management systems and tools (e.g. Marketo, 6Sense, SFDC, Tableau)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English, another European Language is an advantage
