Job Description

We are seeking a confident, polished, and service driven Receptionist & Hospitality Host to join our team at a prestigious law firm in central London. This is a hands on, client facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting the delivery of high quality hospitality services across the firm’s meeting and event spaces.

This dual position is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Reception Duties

  • Warmly meet and greet all visitors, clients, and guests
  • Manage incoming calls via the switchboard
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure efficient scheduling
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area

Hospitality & Events Support

  • Assist with the setup and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Deliver hospitality services during meetings and events
  • Host and support internal and client-facing functions
  • Ensure all spaces are presented to the highest standard

Hours: 35 hours per week, rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £27,427    per annum

Qualifications

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service. 
You will be:

  • Friendly, positive, and confident in a client-facing environment
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, can do attitude
  • Comfortable working across both reception and hospitality functions

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of room booking systems
  • Familiarity with office-based audio visual equipment
  • Previous experience in high-end hospitality or corporate reception
