Receptionist

Responsible for the day-to-day safe and secure running of a facility, incorporating Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental responsibilities. Welcoming visitors, colleagues, and customers. Managing local Health & Safety, Environmental, Facility Security, Emergency, and Incident Response. Coordinating the Business Centre, including meeting room management, customer reception, and administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include stock management, event coordination, and handling postage and parcels.
